Some Trailers...

So considering that today marks the final day where 71 Into the Fire will be screened at Seattle area theaters, I'll be attending the 10:40 showing up at the Loew's Theater at Alderwood Mall. Formalities aside, I can't plug this film enough. It's an epic and one that deserves to be seen by audiences outside its home country. Better than many other western war dramas and military thrillers, it's a shame we get it over here just a week. Here's the trailer:



And if this looks like something you'd undoubtedly enjoy you should also take a minute to watch a couple of trailers for films that inspired this one, namely Assembly (a Chinese production chroncling the end of the Korean War and the years that ensued for a disgraced soldier) and Tae Guk Gi: Brotherhood of War (a masterpiece, frankly, that any war movie buff should avidly seek out):
